Here’s how to create a homescreen shortcut on your device that functions similar to an app
iOS - Safari only
When you are on your device using the Safari web browser and you are on the main condition website, you'll want to click the share button.
When the options appear, select the "Add to Home Screen" option.
Then click the "Add" button and a shortcut will be created on your device's home screen.

Android - Chrome
When you are on your device using the Chrome web browser and you are on the main condition website, click on the menu icon (3 vertical dots)
Then select the “Add to Home Screen” option and follow the prompts.
