The 'Activity' tab is a comprehensive look at activities and actions taken on the site. They are listed chronologically, with the most recent information appearing first. When you log in, you'll automatically be taken to the main Activity feed.
If you'd like to see just your Team Activity, you can select the My Team Activity link just above the first post you see, or select the menu icon in the upper left, go to What's New, then My Team Activity.
