I have more than one account...

Members are allowed one account at any given time. If you have more than one account our Support Teams can help you remove the duplicate account. Accounts cannot be merged together. 

To assist you, please email our Support Teams with the following information:

  1. All the email addresses associated with each account

  2. Which account you would like to delete

Our Support Teams will then confirm your accounts and assist you with removing the preferred duplicate.
