MyHealthTeam believes that when you or a loved one is diagnosed with a chronic condition, it should be easy to find the best resources to help you as you navigate your journey. MyHealthTeams strives to provide the best possible experience to foster community-building and interpersonal connections. 


Below are some resources that can allow you to better navigate the social networks while managing symptoms such as vision loss, hearing loss, and limited mobility. 

Device Accessibility Guides

Depending on your device, some phones, computers, and tablets have built-in vision, hearing, and motor accessibility settings that can improve your experience across the web, including on MyHealthTeams. Please select your device type from the following list to learn more:

Zooming in on a Web Page 

On Windows: 

  • Press the Control key (Ctrl) and plus sign (+)  at the same time to zoom in on the page

  • Press the Control key (Ctrl) and the minus sign (-) at the same time to zoom out of the page
