How do I create an account?

If you’re finding signing up for our social network a bit challenging, this step-by-step article may help!

We recommend creating your account on a supported web browser first (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Once you’ve created an account you’re welcome to add a homescreen shortcut on your mobile device and access your account from there.

You can sign up using your email address or create an account with your existing Google or Facebook credentials. This may be beneficial if you don’t want to have another login/password combination to remember.

Sign Up with Email:

  1. First, go to the homepage of the condition site you would like to join. To see a full list of the communities we support click here

2. Next, click on the blue “Sign up with your email” button

3. On the next step, enter in the email of your choice and select the blue “next” button

4. Fill out the requested information to set up your account.

This will include your first name, email address, password, year of diagnosis, location, year of birth, and other supplemental questions (if applicable) such as your ‘role’ or ‘current treatment phase’.

You’ll confirm if you’d like to occasionally hear from us about new clinical trials, research, and useful information that would be relevant to you. Then select the ‘finish’ button.

5. You’ll receive an email to confirm your account within the next 10 minutes.

If you don’t see the email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate the confirmation email please contact our Support team by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage and clicking “Contact Us”.

6. After confirming your account, you’re part of the Team!

You can finish filling out your story, symptoms, treatments, and any other information you feel comfortable sharing. We encourage you to view our “Getting Started” Guide for tips on how to best utilize our social network.
