How do I resend my email confirmation?

If you have set up your profile, but have yet to receive your confirmation email, please check your junk folder first. If you don't find it there, please try a keyword search within your email inbox for an email with the subject line “Welcome to (Condition Site) – Please Confirm Your Email Address”. Once located, please follow the instructions to confirm your email address.


If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox or junk folder, please contact our Support team by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage of Health Center and clicking “Contact Us”.
